With one infographic, it becomes clear just how bad diversity is on late-night programs.
Sunday night's Emmys featured some big wins for women in television.
Among the winners were Jane Anderson, who wrote Olive Kitteridge, Jill Soloway, who won for directing Transparent, and Lisa Cholodenko, who won for directing Olive Kitteridge. All three women won in categories that included almost entirely male nominees.

However, some of the numbers from last night's Emmys are even worse. Looking over the list of nominees, The Colbert Report had only one female writer out of a staff of 16.
Melissa Hunter's infographic lists the percentage for The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, which has one female writer out of a staff of 10.

Conan (which was not nominated last night) has zero women credited as current writers, according to IMDb.
