It's being reported that Gloria Trevi's security guards allegedly beat a spectator at a recent concert in L.A. ... According to the Victim Elvis Navarro he was humiliated in front of 4,000 people ... and now, he is suing for $1 MILLION.
The suit was filed in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he attended a Trevi concert on May 11th at Nokia Theater ... and was assaulted, battered, thrown to the ground, and handcuffed by Gloria's security.
Elvis doesnt say what or how this was provoked, but he does claim the incident caused him "mental and physical injuries."
