James Holmes, with dyed reddish-orange hair, appears dazed and somber today as he makes an appearance in court to be told that he is being held on suspicion of
first-degree murder.
An expressonless Holmes frequently stared at his hands in the brief court appearance. When asked if he had anything to say, he did not respond, letting lawyer speak on his behalf.
