Co-creator Lee Daniels just announced that the actor and singer will appear on the hit Fox series.
At Mariah Carey's Walk of Fame ceremony on Wednesday, Empire co-creator Lee Daniels made an insanely exciting announcement:
Daniels is not only Carey's longtime friend, but he also cast her in 2008's Tennessee, 2009's Precious, and 2013's The Butler.
