“‘Tis the season to be jolly and joyous.”
Since its release in 1992 – yep, the movie is over two decades old – The Muppet Christmas Carol has become a holiday classic.
Michael Caine, singing vegetables, a rubber chicken factory – it contains pretty much everything you could ever want from a Christmas movie.

Simply put, it's the greatest adaptation of A Christmas Carol.
Charles Dickens' novella has been adapted for the big screen many times, but none have captured the magic of the book in the way the Muppets movie does. This version of the story perfectly treads the line between being serious and lighthearted, and still manages to feel sincere in its ultimate message.
