Double standards, amiright?
It's no secret that women in TV and film have to deal with stereotypes and unfairness.
And in this new video from Casting Call The Project, we see just how awful these stereotypes can be.
Casting Call The Project is "a creative endeavor" created by Julie Asriyan, Laura Bray, and Jenna Ciralli, three artists and friends, that aims to address sexism in the entertainment industry.
