UPDATED: After District 9 director Neill Blomkamp shared a whole bunch of Aliens concept art in January, the studio has hired him to actually develop the movie.

UPDATE: After posting a bunch of Aliens concept art to Instagram without 20th Century Fox's knowledge, director Neill Blomkamp is now officially working on an Aliens sequel for the studio.

This is kind of insane. Hollywood, everyone!
